Job Description:
As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to- end sales process, from identifying and creating leads to successfully closing deals. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.

• Develop marketing strategies to attract potential clients through online platforms
• Create digital marketing materials
• Generate leads
• Entertain prospective clients and match their requirements according to their needs
• Schedule viewings
• Accompany clients during visits and inspections of property
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships
• Negotiate deals and proactively follow up both property owners and clients to close agreements
• Achieve or exceed sales targets
• Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast data to share with upper management

• Must be a college graduate, preferably with a REM degree or any business-related course
• Knowledgeable in the real estate industry
• Has a solid sales background
• Can handle client objections
• Goal-oriented
• Keen to details and well organized
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient computer and technology skills
• Strong persuasion skills
• Flexibility to better adapt and find possible solutions to client needs
• Willing to do field work
