The Revenue Cycle Management Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of all activities associated with the revenue cycle processes being delivered in the GBC including, but not limited to: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR and related functions. Responsibilities Lead teams within the GBC based revenue cycle including, but not limited to: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR and related functions Provides feedback and guidance to the team to ensure they achieve or exceed company expectations Train and onboard new team members and serve as a subject matter expert to the team Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications Has 5 years experience in revenue cycle management in: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals or ARAt least 2 years of supervisory experience in an environment providing direction to others Preferably coming from BPO/Shared Services or Healthcare Experience working with a high claims volume provider organizational skills Must be able to work under moderate stress and pressure while maintaining a professional attitude Willing to work in night shift/hybrid set-up
