Here’s an overview of your future role: Employment type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas What do you need to succeed? Ability to work on various tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize work accordingly.

Capability to build professional relationships with people at all levels within the business.

Confidence in delivering training and support to non-technical individuals in a manner that they can understand.

Strong organizational skills and a demonstration of efficiency in work practices.1-2+ years of experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment.

Previous experience in Salesforce or any other CRM.

What awaits you in this role?Support the sales team in ensuring their orders meet data quality standards.

Troubleshoot failed orders and collaborate with sales to process them.

Conduct systems and process training for sales teams, including assisting the Sales Operations manager in developing training documentation and content.

Conduct user acceptance testing prior to the release of new functionality within our front-end systems.

Create reports for the sales and marketing teams using Salesforce.com as needed.

Maintain Sales Templates and proposal documents.
