Description Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive research usage and customer engagement.
Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop engage marketing programs to drive retention and customer growth such as new customer onboarding program, client at risk program, referral program.
Deliver marketing activities to assist sales and product teams on meeting revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the marketing objectives are aligned with the other departments goals.
Partner with the marketing director to develop and monitor metrics and dashboards to understand industry trends and practices.
Identify trends and insights from existing database to drive engage campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all marketing activities: analyze campaign performance through thoughtful and insightful reporting.
Develop KPI framework and benchmarks to measure success of campaigns so to ensure continuous improvement.
