As a Business Development Associate, you are responsible for maximizing growth and customer acquisition. You will utilize inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities, manage customers throughout the entire acquisition process, and collaborate with team members in marketing, product, and operations to cover all customer needs.
Job Description
● Responsible for understanding the product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
● Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
● Acquiring partners for a Bootcamp as a Service and driving growth consistently.
● Managing partner relationships, understanding, and supporting them with their talent
requirements.
● Collaborate and partner with Marketing in seeking out, qualifying new opportunities,
developing special initiatives which might include website management, press releases,
brochures, attending industry events, speaking, etc. Identify proper services to show,
pre-marketing, and attend shows
● Conduct presentations and demos during partner meetings in person or via web and/or
conference calls; Maintain and update Partner Database.
● Possess a full understanding of partners’ specific decision-making and purchasing
process.
● Use in-depth knowledge of industry trends to consult and support prospective partners
● Participate in product management, identifying markets, assisting with the creation of
market requirements, and bringing customer perspective to product development
teams.
Requirements
● 2+ years, exposure in business-to-business (B2 B).
● Experience calling and representing professional companies such as technology
companies.
● Superior written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, and creative
problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, and operational
skills.
● Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team in
ambiguous, quickly changing environments.
● Must be a highly persuasive and artful communicator.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
