Mechanical Engineer shall be working under the owner‑developer side, assigned in monitoring mechanical construction work for horizontal & vertical projects of Daiichi Properties. The scope of work includes coordination of activities among project team and external suppliers, and the communication of progress reports to the management. This scope carries over to the entire Daiichi Properties group of companies and its associations.
Job Requirements
Licensed Mechanical Engineering.
Graduate of Mechanical Engineer course with 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management / construction or real estate development.
Knowledgeable in quantity surveying with proven experience in supervising and monitoring construction works.
Proficiency in Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) software, particularly Auto CAD, and MS Office applications.
Driven to exceed expectations, willing to go an extra mile and with high sense of urgency.
Job Responsibilities
Review mechanical designs and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Supervise and monitor mechanical installations and related construction activities.
Prepare bid documents, bid technical evaluation, and material quantity survey/estimates.
Ensure project completion within the allowed timetable, seeing to it that plans & specifications are met.
Prepare material quantity surveys and estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project budgets.
Monitor and evaluate Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) for quality and quantity compliance.
