Position : MEDIA STRATEGIST Work Hours : Ony requires 2 hours of overlap per day Timezone : EST Holidays : US or Philippine holidays (candidate is free to choose) Pay Range : up to 2,000 per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.) Client recruitment process: 2 interviews with possible assessment Company/Client Overview: A brand where modern conservatives find superior American-crafted products for men.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Media Strategy and Scripting for Facebook Ads Campaign Development: Design and execute strategic Facebook ad campaigns aligned with business goals and customer segments.
Audience Research: Conduct in-depth research to refine target audience personas for precise ad targeting.
Ad Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals following platform best practices.
A/B Testing: Implement split tests to optimize ad performance and key elements (e.g., hooks, body, offers, CTAs).
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign KPIs, generate insights, and prepare data-driven reports with recommendations for improvement.
2) Video Editing Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required) Ad Creation Support: Understand how to transform raw footage into effective ad creatives for Meta (and, in the future, Tik Tok).
Variations for Testing: Assist in developing multiple video variations by changing hooks, headlines, or formats for split testing.
Trend Implementation: Identify and implement successful ad trends to enhance creative effectiveness.
3) Influencer, Creator & Affiliate Management (Preferred but Not Required) Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage relevant influencers in our category to convert them into affiliates.
Creator Collaboration: Source and manage content creators who receive samples and produce high-quality videos for ad use.
Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with creators to maintain a steady stream of user-generated content.
QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in Facebook advertising, with a strong understanding of paid media strategy.
Ability to analyze ad performance and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Strong knowledge of ad copywriting, hooks, and conversion-driven messaging.
Familiarity with video editing workflows, though hands-on editing is not required.
Experience working with creators, influencers, or affiliates is a plus.
Industry-agnostic mindset, focusing on strategic ad creation rather than specific product expertise.
Strong ability to manage external editors and creative teams.
