Assign correct ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to patient records.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation discrepancies.
Stay updated with coding changes and updates in healthcare regulations.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Medical Allied graduate
Experience Level:1–3 years of medical coding experience
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in inpatient coding, CCS/CPC/CIC certification, PHRN active license
Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication
Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain coding accuracy and attend to coding audits
