Job Description This is a remote position.

We are looking for a skilled   MERN Developer   to join our team, working on a variety of digital projects.

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications using the MERN (Mongo DB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.

Additionally, having experience with AWS or Dev Ops is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality development process.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the entire stack.

Maintain clear documentation and ensure project deliverables meet timelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).

Basic knowledge of Dev Ops practices such as CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes.

Understanding of cloud infrastructure and scaling applications.

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience   working with the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and working with third-party APIs.

Familiarity with Git version control.

Experience with agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills (Good to Have): Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture and services.

Experience in Dev Ops practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes).

Basic knowledge of serverless architectures.

Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong proficiency in both Python and React.

Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and Java Script, and experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries.

Expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks like Django or Flask.

Familiarity with database management systems, both SQL and No SQL.

Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.

A portfolio of past projects showcasing your technical skills and contributions is a plus.
