Your future begins hereJob Description:We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join our Financial Controlling team. An ideal candidate will maintain and manage the internal ERP, NetSuite, across multiple Subsidiaries of APAC and India, working with the IT and the Finance teams, and end users maintaining and configuring the system.What you’ll do:·Perform daily administration of NetSuite, troubleshooting, and support of NetSuite OneWorld, including the setup of complex integrations.·Participate in NetSuite projects including implementing new subsidiaries of newly acquired businesses.·Manage finance-related requests, collaborate with functional teams affected, and conduct weekly meetings with Finance and NetSuite teams to align on priorities.·Advise users and the organization on best practices in order to maximize the use of NetSuite.·Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure appropriate security/user segregation of duties and change management protocols.·Evaluate current roles/permissions profiles in the system to ensure alignment with job duties.·Educate employees and promote NetSuite and accounting best practices throughout the organization.·Manage the NetSuite helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users.·Create and manage customized NetSuite saved searches, reports, KPIs and dashboards.·Coordinate and communicate with user groups when making changes to the NetSuite environment.About you:·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Computer science, Business Administration.·A proficient knowledge of Financial Accounting is a strong plus.·At least, 1 year of experience in NetSuite or similar software is preferred, but not obligatory.·Excel proficiency is required.·Basic scripting or coding experience is a plus (SQL).
