Brief The NOC/SOC Tech Lead is responsible for designing and overseeing the setup, tooling, and documentation requirements for both the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC).

This role requires a deep understanding of networking, security, and operations management to ensure seamless coordination between NOC and SOC functions.

Responsibilities Define the setup, tooling, and infrastructure requirements for the NOC and SOC environments.

Develop documentation and best practices for managing alerts, incidents, and configurations.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure network reliability and data security.

Implement and manage network monitoring and security tools to ensure system stability and threat detection.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives for NOC and SOC operations, with a focus on efficiency and automation.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to NOC and SOC teams.

Job requirements Qualifications Extensive experience in both NOC and SOC operations.

Juniper certification (JNCIP or higher) preferred.

Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing network and security infrastructure.

Proven leadership and project management skills.

Ability to work on a rotating shift basis.

Willing to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.
