Healthway Medical Network (HMN) integrates the expertise of The Nurse Trainor enables nurses to perform and improve their skills that they apply in their line of work. Conceptualizes, conducts, monitors, and recommends learning and training interventions consistent with the hospital’s needs and department’s goals and objectives. Develops curriculum for training programs Facilitates and conducts actual training programs for hospital staff Ensures effective delivery of training courses by reviewing design, researching for content, and verifying accuracy and effectiveness Monitors the progress of programs and recommends necessary adjustments Develops and utilizes appropriate and effective presentation and diagnostic tools and instruments relevant to the course at hand Handles administrative functions of trainings including but not limited to logistics, budgeting, reportorial requests and requirements. Requirements With a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; MAN/MSN units an advantage At least 1-2 years of related experience in Clinical Training of nurses Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Knowledgeable in MS Office and various presentation software Organized, speaks well, and easily relates with people of different backgrounds Willing to work in Arca South, Taguig City
