Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) and process development, ensuring successful launches and continuous improvement of new products. Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs across quality, cost, and delivery targets. Enhance customer satisfaction through consistent product quality, service excellence, and responsiveness. Promote organizational growth and efficiency by encouraging cost‑saving initiatives, innovation, and maintaining high ethical standards.
