Join our team as the Operations Administrator. We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented professional to take charge of various responsibilities involving payroll, HMO management, billing, and more. If you have a knack for handling these tasks with precision and ensuring everything runs like clockwork, we want to hear from you!
Job Description:
Responsible for all inbound tickets involving payroll/HMO/billing management
HMO management
Pre-process payroll up to final approval by the support supervisor
Manage monthly client billing
Communicate with clients regarding VA pay raise
Monitor Direct Hire Spreadsheet
Give updates to the support supervisor regarding billing audit, payroll, and raise statuses
Address any issues with role responsibilities and suggest improvement plans
Qualifications:
Proven work experience in operations management in a corporate or remote work setting
Meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience in client communication
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work under high-pressure
Collaborative mindset to provide regular updates to the Support Supervisor and work collectively towards improvement plans

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST (11 PM - 8 AM Philippine Time)
