About the Client Janji is more than just a running apparel brand—it is a company on a mission to explore, connect, and give back through running.
The brand creates high-performance running gear inspired by different parts of the world, with 2% of every sale supporting clean water initiatives in those regions.
Janji is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its team and assist in optimizing wholesale operations, coordinating with its third-party logistics (3 PL) warehouse, managing inventory, and facilitating inbound shipments from factory partners.
The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent Excel abilities.
Responsibilities Wholesale & Order Management Create packing lists and invoices for wholesale orders, and troubleshoot problems as they arise to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely deliveries.
Track and update order statuses, ensuring all wholesale partners receive timely communication.
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination Act as the main point of contact between Janji and our third-party logistics (3 PL) warehouse to ensure on-time delivery to customers Collaborate with our 3 PL to organize inventory checks and update our inventory management system Identify and resolve shipping or fulfillment issues to maintain smooth operations.
Factory & Supply Chain Support Act as the primary point of contact for shipping carriers and customs Assist in arranging and monitoring inbound product shipments Direct to Consumer Site Support Support launch of new products and collections on the Janji website through our e-commerce platform Manage our returns platform and associated processes Work with our sales and customer service teams to correct order discrepancies and manage order modifications.

Excel Expert : You know your way around Pivot Tables and complex formulas (vlookup, index, match, etc.) to manage data effectively.
Adaptable : You’re comfortable working with global teams and adjusting to shifting priorities.
Requirements 1-3 years in an operations, logistics, or supply chain role (preferred but not required).
Must be available to work East Coast (EST) hours, regardless of location.
Experience in managing invoices for wholesale orders. Order management and customer service experience.
