A unique opportunity to work with a boutique BPO assisting the Operations Manager in every facet of the business.
We are looking for an individual with a broad range of experience from HR to Gen Admin. There is career development as this role has many facets to manage.
Initial tasks includes the following but not limited to:
People management
Documentation of processes and procedures.
Assist with onboarding processes
Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs and foster the company’s culture ensuring all initiatives/activities are promoted and delivered.
Requirement and Skills:
Candidates must be willing to work onsite at our Davao office.
Mature personality
Experience in people management
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Superb organisational abilities
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Critical-thinker and problem-solver
Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or similar role
