Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and organize cleaning schedules, ensuring all shifts are staffed and coordinated effectively.

Customer Interaction: Handle customer bookings, confirmations, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Sales & Lead Generation: Provide quotes for new cleaning jobs, identify sales opportunities, and generate new leads to expand the business.

Customer Care: Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Reporting & Analysis: Ensure accuracy in invoicing and payments.

Team Support: Ensure schedules are sent out by 12pm AEDT every Saturday and assist in payroll processing, including paying cleaners and verifying invoices.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Field Manager to assist with daily operational tasks as needed.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and follow-through, particularly in scheduling, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Caring & Responsive: Show a genuine, helpful attitude when addressing customer and team member needs.

Required Experience: Proven experience in organizational management or operational coordination.

Strong background in scheduling and calendar management.

Familiarity with CRM software like Hub Spot (willingness to learn if not already experienced).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
