Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
• Obtain a lean and efficient structure through automation and process re-engineering.
• Oversee the timely and effective resolution of customer complaints, ensuring fair outcomes and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with the bank's vision and values.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or other Business related course
• Strong financial and accounting background
• Strong sense of initiative and work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Decision making capabilities
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Understanding of bank products and services
