Job Overview:
The Operations Manager is the engine that ensures our Service Delivery, IT, and Projects teams function efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with our company’s goals. Reporting directly to the Integrator (COO), this role ensures that day-to-day operations are seamless, scalable, and focused on continuous improvement. The Operations Manager also serves as the direct report for our Business Insights Specialist, fostering data-driven decision-making and ensuring that analytics support strategy. This role is pivotal in supporting our commitments to excellence in Service Delivery, process innovation, compliance, and security.
Job Description:
- Oversee and lead the Service Delivery, IT, and Projects teams, providing strategic direction and hands-on support.
- Serve as the direct report for the Business Insights Specialist, ensuring data and analytics inform operational and strategic decision-making.
- Drive Process Improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing streamlined solutions.
- Manage compliance with ISO standards, ensuring certification requirements are met and maintained.
- Oversee and enhance Teramind implementation to ensure optimal usage for monitoring and improving productivity.
- Lead Project Management initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate Research & Development (R& D) efforts to explore new technologies, methodologies, and tools to improve operations.
- Act as the primary Data Security Manager, developing and enforcing data security protocols and compliance measures.
- Support the Integrator in driving alignment across departments and ensuring accountability to key business metrics.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the teams you lead.
