About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative / Operations Assistant to support our daily business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data entry, customer service, account management, automation processes, scheduling, market research, and email segmentation.

Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct accurate data entry and maintain databases with a high level of attention to detail.

Provide top-tier customer service support, addressing client queries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.

Manage and operate accounts, ensuring all financial records are kept up-to-date and accurate.

Assist in developing and implementing automation processes to streamline operations.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating logistics to ensure smooth operation.

Conduct market research to support business development and strategy planning.

Segment and manage email lists to facilitate targeted communication strategies.

Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in the role Proficiency in Google Workspace and G-Suite applications.

Advanced skills in MS Excel.

Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, problem-solving mindset and capacity to work independently.
