Job Summary The Growth and Optimization Manager is responsible for supporting the Corporate Strategy Head in driving business growth and operational excellence initiatives. The role leads bulk and institutional sales initiatives, develops new markets and strategic opportunities, and oversees process optimization and continuous improvement programs. The position ensures effective execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic projects while managing and guiding assigned associates to deliver measurable business impact aligned with corporate strategy. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage bulk sales initiatives, including government, institutional, and strategic partnership accounts. Identify, assess, and develop new markets, special projects, and high-impact growth opportunities aligned with corporate objectives. Design, implement, and monitor process optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement programs in coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners. Prepare, review, and consolidate the following strategic and operational reports: Process improvement and optimization plans Strategic project status and performance reports Institutional and bulk sales pipeline reports, including opportunity tracking and conversion performance Monitor the progress and effectiveness of optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with approved plans and timelines. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Network Planning, and other internal teams to support strategy execution. Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to the Corporate Strategy Head to support decision‑making. Job Specifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, market expansion, or process optimization roles. Experience managing teams and coordinating cross‑functional projects. Background in institutional sales, government accounts, or strategic partnerships is preferred.
