Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify qualified Filipino nurses who meet the eligibility criteria for the PHRN – NCLEX Sponsorship Program.
Provide orientation sessions to selected nurses.
Assist nurses in gathering and organizing the required documents for the NCLEX application process.
Offer guidance and support to nurses throughout the program.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the PHRN – NCLEX Sponsorship Program.

Required Skills:

NCLEX Scholarship Program, Must have 1 year bedside setting experience as a staff nurse.
must be willing to provide own equipment, must be ok working onsite if needed and required,
Okay with the 2 years bond, Active PRC license,
Must be a first time applicant for NCLEX no pending process for NCLEX. No 96’s below graduate.
Must be willing to resigned if currently employed.
