• Control delivery of programs, projects and/or managed services
• Monitors delivery of programs, projects and/or managed services
• Plan programs, projects and/or managed services

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have at least 4 to 8 years of relevant experiences
• Project or Program experience
• Transition Management experience
• Continuous Improvement and Governance experience
• Knowledge in Excel (VBA or Macro)
• General knowledge on Transformation only; no six sigma belts/certifications required
• Working experience in building / mobilizing reports
• Keen attention to detail
• Good communication skills; can communicate across different levels within the organization
• Strong project management skills with working experience on risk and issue management
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Can work well as part of a team; ability to work well across different levels and can also lead multiple teams
• Good stakeholder management, with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
• Strong Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills
