Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, candidates, and recruitment agencies to ensure a pipeline of qualified talent.
. Creates action plans according to the departmental objectives.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
Has 3-5 years Manager experience handling healthcare accounts.
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including an understanding of various roles and positions.
BPO background doing volume recruitment is a must
Extensive sourcing experience.
