Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement labor relations strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Lead or assist in negotiations of labor contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and other labor-related agreements.
Ensure the organization’s policies and practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Investigate workplace complaints and recommend appropriate actions to address issues.
Maintain accurate records of labor relations activities, negotiations, and agreements.
Required Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations or a related field
Must have 5 years of experience as Labor Relations role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Experience in a multi-client environment
Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation.
