Position: Customer Service Representative Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm CST Salary Range: $ 900 - 1000 (depending on the client’s final offer) Duties and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support through the Shopify platform.
Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot customer problems using provided templates and resources.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints effectively.
Requirements: Experience with Shopify is essential.
Familiarity with Gorgias is a plus.
Google Suite and Slack experience is required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
