Responsibilities: Resolve customers concern, promote product and client loyalty Follow and comply to prescribed work flow/call flow Up-sell/upgrade phone plans/mobility to existing customers Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner Input the customer modification/sale onto a database thereby ensuring that the data entered is accurate.
Overcome objections from customers, in order to turn the call around and transition to a sale Responsible for ensuring that primary matrices are met through effortless customer experience.
Responsible in maintaining First call Resolutions Responsible to keep and uphold integrity in handling customers account information in each and every call Qualifications: Fluent in Mandarin and English, preferably written Telco account Preferably with CSR experience Those from other industry can be considered Hs Grad / SHS Grad Fixed night shift starts between 10am-1am Can start ASAP Language Validation > Interviews Non-native /native speakers Filipino Citizens or Foreigners
