We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Customer Support Associate for Streaming Platform to join our team. In this role, you will assist users with technical issues, subscription inquiries, and other concerns related to our streaming platform. You will help customers troubleshoot issues, provide guidance on platform features, and ensure they have an enjoyable experience while using the service. The ideal candidate is passionate about entertainment, has a strong understanding of digital platforms, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat, addressing technical issues, subscription inquiries, account management, and general questions about the platform.
Troubleshoot streaming-related issues, including playback problems, account login issues, and device compatibility.
Assist customers with setting up their accounts, managing subscriptions, and navigating the platform’s features.
Offer guidance on how to resolve streaming issues across various devices, such as smart TVs, mobile apps, web browsers, and streaming boxes.
Process account-related changes, such as subscription upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
Investigate and resolve complaints related to video quality, buffering issues, or account access in a timely and effective manner.
