We’re hiring a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to support a growing business partner. This role focuses on outbound sales outreach, lead generation, and early-stage sales conversations. You’ll help build simple sales processes from the ground up, qualify prospects, and support pipeline growth in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Research and identify potential customers, partners, or distributors
Conduct outbound outreach via email and other approved channels
Initiate and handle early-stage sales conversations and basic qualification
Track leads, outreach, and follow-ups using spreadsheets or simple CRM tools
Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions
Share prospect feedback and insights to improve outreach messaging and targeting
Help establish basic sales workflows and documentation for tracking and follow-ups
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
At least 2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or outbound role
Comfortable with outbound sales and starting conversations
Highly creative, resourceful, and comfortable working without existing systems
Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
