Job Details Job Title: Paid Search Generalist Location: Fully Remote, Philippines Salary: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, Pacific Standard Time Job Type: Full-Time Job Description As a Paid Search Generalist, you will provide immediate execution and analytical support for paid search campaigns experiencing underperformance. The position focuses on identifying campaign-level issues, structuring data, and supporting diagnostics without direct platform editing access, working closely with the client on investigation and reporting. Requirements3 - 4 years of paid search experience and be capable of contributing immediately. Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in campaign documentation and reporting. Experience executing paid search analysis and understanding campaign structures is required. Availability to work Pacific Time (PST) hours is strongly preferred. Preferences Candidates who demonstrate flexibility, curiosity, and willingness to partner in problem-solving are preferred. Experience working with large-scale paid search budgets and complex campaign structures is desirable. Comfort working with evolving processes rather than predefined task lists is preferred. Responsibilities Execute paid search analysis and reporting Diagnose and address structural issues causing campaign underperformance Document campaign structures, ad groups, and keywords Assist with audits and diagnostics of paid search campaigns Support investigation into traffic loss and budget performance changes Provide detailed findings to inform strategic decision-making Collaborate with the client to build and refine workflows and processes Attributes and Qualifications Must have excellent English communication skills. Ability to complete projects in a timely manner and quickly adjust to changing circumstances and embrace new technologies, processes, or methods. Great logical and verbal reasoning skills. Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process. Benefits A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid). A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance). A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
