Job Summary: Be part of our client’s team as a Paraplanner , contributing to the preparation of financial plans and statements.

Dive into technical strategies, research, and documentation, supporting both existing and new clients.

Employment type: Full-time Shift: Dayshift Schedule (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM) Work Setup: Onsite, Makati Responsibilities: Ensure day-to-day delivery and maintenance of efficiencies in the Financial Planning team.

Administer administrative functions to meet client service needs effectively.

Prepare Financial Plan/Statement of Advice documents, including technical graphs/projections, client information, strategy details, costs, etc.

Conduct research on technical strategies and products.

Complete investment/insurance application forms.

Prepare review documentation for existing clients.

Write and send business correspondence to clients.

Qualifications Needed: Bachelor’s degree graduate.

Diploma in Financial Planning (RG 146 certified).

Experience using XPLAN software.

High attention to detail, flexibility, and results-driven mindset.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Capable of working well under pressure and adhering to deadlines.

Proficient with Outlook and MS Office software.

Additional Qualifications: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

Proactive, result-oriented, and self-driven, able to work independently and as a team player.

Ability to solve problems in a constructive and timely manner, with a solution-focused approach.

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Process-driven with a keen eye for detail.

Possesses high levels of organizational skills and understands how to prioritize effectively.

Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce correspondence for customers and clients.
