Job Description As a Payroll Support , you will be expected to provide your services, expertise, training, and skills to our client, taking on a range of essential responsibilities. This includes ensuring the prompt and precise processing of employee timesheets for field employees within the payroll group. Moreover, your role demands a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, catering to the needs of both internal and field employees, thereby contributing to a seamless and efficient payroll operation. Here’s an overview of your future role: Employment type: Full-time, project-based Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday 06:00AM-03:00PM) Work setup: Temporary WFH, Makati What do you need to succeed? Product Knowledge: Bachelors/College Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Management is a plus, but not required. Experience in providing administrative assistance/support, preferably to a payroll/finance team. Experience with international/multinational companies is a plus. Strong analytical and computer skills, especially in Outlook, Excel, Access, and Teams. Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as listening skills. Detail-oriented, consistently delivering accurate and high-quality work. Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks. Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a team environment. Customer Focus: Actively seeks to understand and fulfill client needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels. Maintains positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Proactively seeks solutions for clients. Experience working with an Australian company is a plus. Desirable experience as an admin/personal assistant/receptionist in the financial services or accounting industry. What awaits you in this role? Payroll Support: Responsible for timely and accurate processing of employee timesheets for field employees in the payroll group. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and field employees. Empowered to continually improve areas of responsibility, including systems, processes, and service delivery. Focus on providing timely and efficient payroll services for the overall business, aligning with Protech Core Values of service and delivery. Account Management: Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and politeness in all communications. Identify emerging issues, concerns, or opportunities that impact clients experiences or process effectiveness and efficiency. Uphold a high level of quality and efficiency by following best practices and utilizing available tools. Attend, participate in, and cooperate during knowledge transfer sessions and other meetings. Collaborate with the team, contributing to the programs overall success by sharing best practices and actively engaging in meetings and workshops. Assist in creating Work Level Instructions (WLIs) for the tasks being handled. Represent EMAPTA and Protech brands in a professional manner.
