40 hours a week Mon-Fri Flexible anytime between 6 am - 6 pm Vancouver time (PST) Scope Collaborate with internal teams and external guests Potential to significantly impact brand visibility and marketing reach Opportunity to innovate and implement new strategies for podcast growt Plan and manage podcast episodes, creating content calendars and working with the team on frameworks Utilize AI tools to assist in content creation and episode planning Manage guest relations, including outreach, follow-ups, and interview preparation Handle technical aspects of podcast recording and production Coordinate with the marketing team for pre, during, and post-recording promotions Conduct community engagement and manage social media accounts related to the podcast Develop strategies to grow the podcast audience and secure potential sponsors Requirements Proven track record in podcast management and production, with a portfolio of successful shows Social media management experience  Portfolio required Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and listeners alike Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and familiarity with podcast production software Strong background in social media management and community building strategies In-depth knowledge of podcast marketing techniques and audience growth tactics Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Passion for the home services industry and ability to create engaging content around technical topics Experience in data analysis and performance optimization for digital content Familiarity with sponsorship acquisition and management in the podcasting space a plus Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_20940_JOB
