Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and highly organized Podcast Producer to join our growing team.

As the Podcast Producer, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our podcast production from concept to completion.

This role requires a passion for Bitcoin mining and a deep understanding of the industry.

You will be responsible for developing engaging content that informs and educates our audience on trends, mining operations, and the broader Bitcoin ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: Content Planning & Development: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan podcast episodes aligned with company goals and audience interests.

Research and propose topics, trends, and guest opportunities relevant to the Bitcoin mining community.

Script and prepare episode outlines, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative flow.

Production Management: Manage the entire production process, from recording and editing to publishing.

Coordinate with hosts, guests, and technical staff to schedule recordings and ensure high-quality audio/video capture.

Oversee editing, mixing, and post-production, ensuring podcasts are polished and professional.

Guest Coordination: Source, invite, and coordinate interviews with industry experts, thought leaders, and relevant figures in the Bitcoin and mining sectors.

Prepare guests for interviews, including briefing them on the episode structure, topics, and expectations.

Distribution & Promotion: Manage podcast distribution across various platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, You Tube, etc.).

Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting episodes, including social media posts, email newsletters, and paid promotions.

Analyze listener data and feedback to continuously improve the podcast’s reach and engagement.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a podcast producer or similar role, ideally within the tech, finance, or cryptocurrency sectors.

Strong understanding of Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and mining industries.

Expertise in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity) and familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with hosts, guests, and internal teams.

Experience in content promotion and audience growth strategies.

Preferred: Experience producing long-form content in the tech/finance sector.

A network of contacts within the Bitcoin and mining industries.

Proficiency with social media platforms and podcast distribution tools.
