Who You’ll Be Working With

You’ll Be Responsible For The Following

Spearheading implementation of good Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices for the Tribes, Squads & Delivery Teams – ensuring consistency and aligned ways of working
Facilitating and leading the monthly and quarterly portfolio planning and prioritization for product delivery; understanding strategic direction and the significance of product requirements
Facilitating portfolio governance efforts for agile transformation, including process improvement to standardized practices
Monitoring, measuring, and improving delivery performance and metrics
Collaborating with business and Finance to ensure consistency of reporting on financial, benefit realization, and value delivered

We’re Looking For

Graduate in any field | preferred – Postgraduate / MBA in project management
Minimum 6 years Agile Portfolio Management with at least 1 year in people management
Certified/trained with 2-3 years experience in Agile Lean Portfolio Management
Experience using Agile program and team performance metrics to drive learning and continuous improvement
Experience in GDS - Looker Studio - automated reports and dashboards using visualization tools
