Eram Talent, a leading independent talent acquisition consultancy, is seeking a Process Engineer to work in the oil and energy industry.

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing process solutions for our leading oil and gas client.

The successful candidate will work with a team of experienced engineers and consultants to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions to clients.

Responsibilities Design and develop process solutions, using simulation software and other tools as necessary.

Optimize existing processes, identifying areas of inefficiency or waste and developing solutions to address them.

Work with project teams to implement new processes and ensure their successful integration into operations.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process diagrams, operating procedures, and training materials.

Collaborate with other engineers and consultants to identify and resolve technical challenges.

Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations and solutions accordingly.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency gains.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

At least 9+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the oil and energy industry.

Strong technical knowledge in process simulation and troubleshooting, sizing of equipment’s and safety relief valves.

Solid in Hysys and flarenet softwares.

Experience with oil and gas upstream processing facilities.

Familiar with HAZOP and LOPA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound decision-making abilities and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team or independently as required.
