Key responsibilities:1) To perform document validation, check for document integrity, and maintain documents in a shared folder. 2) Provide administrative support for all kinds of documentations, filling and processing of logistics documents. 1) Assist customers with their issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally or overseas in order to ensure prompt handling of exceptions or concerns 2) Read and reply to correspondences with both internal stakeholders and customers within SLAs as defined for the specific communication channel 3) Propose and support initiatives for continuous improvement of Customer Service processes 4) Attend to export-specific processes as assigned in the team, namely: Export-specific processes 1) Complete booking process, complying with SLAs and global process design 2) Conduct Vessel reconciliation and manifest process as per process design 3) Facilitate completion of documentation and invoicing process. 4) Support with proactive activities that facilitate documentation and cargo release5) Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms Requirements: Has at least 2 years’ experience in within freight forwarding company/logistics experience Graduate of any 4-year course preferably customs administration Strong stakeholder management Can do midshift and hybrid set-up Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
