As Consultant Operations, you are responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of the Product Control Reporting processes. You analyse the issues experienced in the reporting process, e.g. incorrect P&L reporting on Trade or Book or weaknesses in the (IT) value chain leading to late reporting, and initiate the implementation of solutions, either in process or in systems. You liaise with colleagues from Trading Risk Management, ING Hubs and Tech to create an environment of virtuous improvement and implement metrics to monitor the performance of the reporting processes. You have in-depth knowledge of Derivatives products and Financial Risk drivers, understand data flows and the drive to improve. Experience in the Financial Markets, Market Risk or Operations environments. Knowledge of Derivatives products. Experience and/or affinity to deliver process improvements together with the IT organization. Experience in Data analytics, Robotics or Alteryx is a plus.
