Responsibilities:
• Assisting the launch of new products
• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends based on competitors activity
• Analyzing and documenting the product development process
• Supporting the development of new products
• Improving the development of existing products
• Performing product demonstrations for customers, partnrs staff and sales team
• ‘Study customer issues and develop solution to be shared with the team
• Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager
• develop sales strategies to improves sales in the territory
• Leading internal and external audits of the products
• Assisting the launch of new products

• Must have an experience in E-bike company as Technician
Requirements
• Atleast College graduate
• Experience as technician in E-bike
• Extensive experience in retail, sales, or customer service would be advantageous.
• Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
• Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
• Deadline-driven, and willing to work after hours.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
• A strong growth mindset.
