The Role Rosario, Cavite (onsite) 8 AM - 5 PM, Mondays to Saturdays We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Production Engineer to ensure the safety, security, and compliance of our production processes.

In this role, you will work as an independent contributor while coordinating with the Production Lead to maintain safety protocols, improve operational efficiency, and support ISO/RMI standards.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of 7 S audits, managing security measures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

This position requires a senior-level professional with a proven ability to handle teams and manage key production-related responsibilities while driving best practices across the production floor.

Responsibilities: Safety: Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.

Evaluate current safety protocols and measures in place.

Monitor incidents of workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses.

Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documents related to safety and health Conduct or assist in conducting safety orientation and training sessions for new employees or whenever necessary.

Promote awareness of safety and health measures among the workforce.

Participate in safety meetings and be a part of the company’s safety committee, if present.

Ensure that safety equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) are available, properly maintained, and used appropriately.

Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, or near-misses to determine causes and recommended corrective actions.

7’S: To perform/ conduct 7s audit daily Planning and overseeing the implementation of 7 S system in all work areas Ensure timely corrective and closure of all the findings Security: Checking the security of materials and goods implemented in the production Check and coordinate with a section that the setback should be clear from any items or materials Check perimeter fence if found defective during roving and coordinate with the Office Department.

ISO/RMI: Preparation, review, check, and monitor work instructions implemented in the manufacturing process.

Understand the current processes and procedures of each section vs current practices In the meantime, observe during production audit (external & internal) to have an idea on the common findings to production.

Others: Checking building facility conditions if it needs repair, repainting, and others Assist production needs as need arise.

Reporting to superior related to the above duties or any other activities Performs other related functions as maybe assigned by superior Qualifications: Graduate of Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering (With or without PRC License) Supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.

Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

Analyzing all facets of production and recommendations for improvement.

Strong leadership and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Experience as a PCO or Safety Officer is an advantage
