Description

Salary Range: Php 20,000 - 24,000 Responsibilities: Pre-Production: Collaborate with the marketing team, video producers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for photo and video content aligned with branding priorities.

Research and gather resources including visual references, audio elements, and other necessary materials to support the production process.

Support in creation of detailed production plans, including shot lists, storyboards, and production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.

Coordinate pre-production logistics such as location scouting, talent casting, and equipment rental, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for a smooth production process.

  Production: Main role is to be a Photographer.

Ensure that client brief and pre-production guidelines are met during the shoot.

Ensuring all elements are in place for successful filming, including proper lighting, and camera setups.

Direct and guide on-set activities, working closely with the production team to ensure creative vision is realized while maintaining production efficiency.

Manage communication and coordination among team members, ensuring everyone is aware of the objectives of the shoot all throughout the production process.

Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during shooting, making quick decisions to resolve problems and keep the production on track.

  Post-Production: Post-process all photos in line with company and client standards.

When not post processing photos, edit short-form videos for social media reels using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Cap Cut, applying effects, transitions, and other enhancements to achieve desired visual impact.

Familiarity with Post Production softwares like Adobe After Effects and Da Vinci Resolve.

Collaborate with the post production team to select and integrate audio elements, color grading, and other post-production enhancements to ensure a polished final product.

Review and iterate on draft versions of the video content based on feedback from stakeholders, making necessary revisions to meet quality standards and branding guidelines.

  Project Leadership: Define, plan, and manage assigned projects, collaborating closely with MVPS Lead and Senior focals of the different phases of production.

Identify key resources and provide direction for project objectives.

Manage project schedules and tasks, adapting to changes as needed.

Facilitate timely decision-making, issue resolution, and conflict management.

Track progress and adjust plans as necessary, keeping stakeholders informed.

  Pitches and Presentations: Participate in pitch presentations, offering insights into digital marketing strategy for shoot productions.

Assist in preparing presentation materials and effectively communicating ideas to internal teams and clients.

  Industry Knowledge Stay informed on industry developments and trends relevant to shoot production.

Keep up with best practices in creative operations and project management for shoots.

Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge specific to shoot production.

Share new knowledge to the team especially about Photography   Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely delivery of high-quality photo and video content, meeting or exceeding client expectations and project requirements.

Consistent adherence to production guidelines,  schedules and budgets, minimizing delays and cost overruns while maximizing resource utilization and efficiency.

Achievement of production-related metrics, such as viewer engagement, retention, and conversion rates, demonstrating the effectiveness of produced content in achieving marketing objectives.

Positive feedback and satisfaction ratings from clients and stakeholders on the creativity, visual appeal, and overall production quality of delivered video content.

Continuous improvement in production processes and techniques, measured through feedback mechanisms, performance evaluations, and benchmarking against industry standards.

  Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency in photo production software and tools like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, and knowledge in video production software and tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Cap Cut, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse production projects and creative capabilities.

Experience in all aspects of production, including pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and post-production editing, with a track record of delivering high-quality photo and video content across various formats and platforms.

Willingness to learn and be trained with tasks to familiarize oneself with the whole production process.

Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, with the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, provide and accept constructive feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives.

Strong practice of grit, discipline and critical thinking with a strong sense of individuality, a team player and an advocate for organizational development.

Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced production environments.
