Role Overview As a Program Manager, you will sit at the intersection of data science, product innovation, and multi-channel marketing.
You are responsible for designing and implementing data-driven campaigns and targeted product offerings across both digital and traditional banking channels.
You will act as the bridge between technical data insights and the customer-facing brand experience.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Implementation: Formulate first-level product and service strategies under the direction of the Department Head to enhance the bank’s deposit portfolio.
Data-Driven Campaigns: Design and execute targeted offerings by leveraging data science insights to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end "Digital Onboarding" experience and oversee the performance of assigned product lines through daily, weekly, and monthly analysis.
Sales Support & Intelligence: Partner with the Smart Acquisition Department to provide branches with lead profiles, industry trends, and best practices to optimize "best-fit" product matching.
Customer Experience (CX) Advocacy: Drive CX excellence across all touchpoints (digital and physical) and serve as the primary lead for cross-functional collaboration between bank groups.
Operations & Oversight: Manage customer portfolios, provide after-sales oversight, and handle escalated issues with a focus on timely, high-impact solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Product Development, Management, or Marketing.
Experience in Financial Services (Fin Tech/Banking) or FMCG is highly preferred.
