Your attention to detail and expertise will shine as you craft these responses, ensuring they not only meet but exceed client expectations, setting the stage for successful ventures.Here’s an overview of your future role:Employment type: Full-timeShift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday 06:00AM-03:00PM)Work setup: Permanent WFHWhat do you need to succeed?EssentialTertiary Qualifications: Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or a related technical discipline.Certifications: Hold certifications such as PMP, PMI-CP, or similar qualifications.Industry Experience: Have experience in rail construction and maintenance, civil and earthworks, as well as facilities and structures.Functional Experience and Skills: Demonstrate expertise in roles such as Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Manager. Proficiency in tendering and estimating, determination of engineering requirements (including materials, services, critical components, and systems), project planning, scheduling (including methodology development), development of project and engineering documentation (PMP, HSEMP, QMP, etc.), general project management and delivery, as well as project tracking and reporting.AdvantageousTechnical Experience: Gain an advantage with technical skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Planner.What awaits you in this role?Review, clarify, and develop comprehensive responses to Request for Quotes, Tenders, and other enquiries from clients for new business.Manage and support the management of projects from start to finish, including ensuring all requirements are met/exceeded during development, delivery, and closeout.Meticulously plan/program activities ensuring we factor in all mandatory requirements along with any issues, risks, and opportunities.Keep all project tracking and reporting requirements up to date.Gather and ensure all project artifacts (documentation, evidence etc.) are appropriately stored.Sourcing and engaging suppliers and contractors (through SoW) for the provision of materials and services relevant to the project (e.g. asphalting, concreting, NDD, fencing, tactiling, waste disposal etc.).Develop and support in the development of a variety of documents, including:Project ProposalsProject Management Plans (PMP)Project Plans/SchedulesStaging and Methodology PlansCost EstimatesRisk AssessmentsSafe Work Method Statements (SWMS)Scope of Works (SoW)Health, Safety and Environmental Management Plans (HSEMP)Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)Project Handover DocumentationQuality Management Plans (QMP)Lessons LearnedRed line markup drawings.Work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers/contractors.Additional / minor / ad-hoc responsibilitiesProvide strategic input to our Integrated Management Framework and Project Management Framework to ensure we efficiently and effectively secure, develop, deliver, and close-out projects.Identify and implement changes to tools, processes, and templates that improve our service to clients, candidates, and the internal workforce.Why choose us?Day 1 HMOPermanent WFHDay Shift schedule20 days annual leaveRealistic career growth opportunities through Emapta AcademySupportive and diverse work environment Who are we?Discover a world of possibilities at Emapta, where your career takes flight in stability and growth.
