The ideal candidate should excel in project oversight, presenting updates to management, and collaborating with Tech teams and Business stakeholders.

Minimum BS degree with a major in accounting from an accredited university or college required.

Understand fundamentals of iterative development, software development processes and procedures.

Exhibit good communication skills to collaborate with systems testing team, and operations stakeholders and team members.

Working knowledge and familiarity with end-to-end US mortgage processes.

Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.

Ability to handle detailed assignments.

You must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.

Determine appropriate milestones and time to complete all stages of a program or project release.

Maintain project schedules by organizing and participating in meetings for collaboration with all stakeholders or team members.

Give consistent, clear, and unbiased assessment of project status and movement of milestones to Executive Key Stakeholder Give clear direction and instructions to both team members and stakeholders with regards to the milestones required on each project to enable them to carry out their duties effectively.

Track and facilitate issue resolution within a project or general IT departments.
