Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, looking for a Property Administrator who can work with us full-time and on-site! Where? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Oversee day-to-day operations of company-owned properties, including commercial spaces, offices, and wellness centres.

Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance services, supplies, and repairs.

Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement strategies for optimizing property performance and tenant satisfaction.

Assist in the leasing process, including tenant inquiries, lease negotiations, and lease administration.

Maintain accurate records of property expenses, invoices, and lease agreements.

Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Support the development and implementation of wellness programs and initiatives within our properties.

Requirements We would need you to be or have the following: Proficient in data management and CRM tools Knowledgeable of inventory management and logistics elements Excellent proofreading and editing skills Adept at Microsoft Word and Excel Experienced with project management tools Benefits Be a part of the Smartsourcing crew !
