This role will focus on ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of enterprise-level insurance software applications, including customer-facing web portals and communication systems (phone calls, SMS).
Responsibilities of this Role:· Assume primary responsibility for quality assurance across enterprise-level insurance software applications, including web portals and telecommunication solutions (voice and SMS)· Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing· Perform manual and automated testing of user interfaces, APIs, and backend systems· Validate telecommunication workflows including call routing, SMS delivery, and message accuracy across platforms· Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear reproduction steps and severity classification· Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with business objectives· Participate in sprint planning, ticket specifications and production deployment processes to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle· Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues· Validate system performance, scalability, and reliability under various conditions· Ensure applications meet compliance and regulatory standards relevant to the U.
