As a Loan Processing Administrator , you will be tasked with conducting quality assurance on file opening and preparing loan documentation in accordance with client instructions.

Your responsibilities include ensuring a high degree of accuracy and adhering strictly to the Service Level Agreement timeframes.

This entails meticulous attention to detail throughout the loan processing journey, from initial file assessment to final documentation preparation.

Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 06:30 AM - 03:30 PM Work Setup: Permanent WFH (but has once a month onsite visit for team catch up) Perks: Day 1 HMO, Above-market salary, Global exposure Soar through Real Estate Duties with Precision File Maintenance/Data Quality Assurance: Compare client instructions to supporting documentation, including identification documents, contracts, and title searches, provided by the client to ensure consistency of data.

Complete quality assurance on custom fields before beginning loan document preparation (custom fields are used to populate the loan documentation).

Consider any notes provided by the instructing Mortgage Clerk (Australia) before querying any discrepancies.

Proceed to prepare loan documentation once instructions and custom fields are considered accurate.

Loan Documentation: Prepare loan documentation, including but not limited to the Loan Agreement, Letter of Offer, Direction and Authority, and Mortgage of Land.

Perform self-quality assurance on loan documentation and send it to the Mortgage Team Leader (Australia) for further quality assurance before issuing loan documents.

Correspond (if required, as directed).

Issue approved loan documentation to relevant distribution lists/third parties via email.

Send emails to follow up on the return of loan documentation with third parties per the task list on Action step and Net Documents.

File correspondence and generate reports on Action step and Net Documents.

Manage accounts (if required, as directed).

Add time entries and cost recoveries to files on Action step and Net Documents according to the statement of adjustments.

Requirements Building Blocks: Essential Skills for Real Estate Law Minimum of 2 years' experience in Australian loan processing.

Proficiency with Docu Sign and Pexa preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Word and Excel).

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and think proactively.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Previous experience or knowledge of Australian Mortgages highly regarded.

Responsibilities include loan processing tasks such as file allocation, reviewing documentation from lenders, preparing loan documents, and sending files to QA for review.

Highly organized and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Working knowledge of Docu Sign and Pexa is a plus.

Strong communication skills required, including proficiency in email, live chats, and phone calls.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
