The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English , experience using Quick Books , and the ability to professionally and effectively handle collections calls.
The primary responsibility of this role is to contact customers with outstanding balances, record interactions and outcomes, analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) data in Quick Books , and take appropriate actions to reduce delinquent accounts.
