Job Responsibilities: Manage and seamlessly execute end to end employee on/off boarding, transfers in/out, and supporting relocations to ensure an exceptional experience for Commercial Banking stakeholders. Provisioning of technology hardware, applications, and market data (where applicable) Support a broad range of operational functions, manage technology asset capture, provide general trouble shooting support for the business, and provide support towards real estate moves Work closely with senior leadership to facilitate a wide range of projects and daily work as required Act as a subject matter expert for Return to the Office (RTTO) and [email protected] efforts Partner with various Commercial Banking stakeholders to help enforce a strong control/compliance environment and continually identify ways to mitigate risk in the daily work Participate in and, at times, help lead strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects within Business Support Management Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: 3-5 years of related experience. Client service mindset and recognized as a natural leader, coach, mentor and valued partner to all constituents Strong institutional knowledge of the Commercial Banking Effective interpersonal, communication and influence skills with all organizational levels. Able to work effectively under pressure and strong command of MS office suite of products Excellent judgment, professionalism and maintains confidential information. Exceptional organization, problem solving and process improvement skills Highly proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through all tasks to ensure closure Consistently role modeling the firm's values and code of conduct. Focus on controls and mitigating risk factors Project management skills to lead an initiative or play a support role on the broader team.
