Contract Processing Specialist
The Role
As a Contract Processing Specialist, you’ll be integral to our innovative platform that digitises and streamlines key property transaction processes, such as agency agreements, auction registrations, and contracts of sale. You’ll serve as the key liaison between our clients and the teams driving our product development, ensuring that our platform consistently meets customer expectations.
You will handle a significant volume of sensitive contract submissions and inquiries, upholding stringent service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who prioritises customer satisfaction and excels at managing high volumes of inquiries across multiple platforms.
What you’ll be doing
Handle and resolve inbound inquiries through email and Zendesk, manage high-impact data entry, ensure quality of legal documents, and create listings. Oversee workflow, prioritise tasks, and work with the RTA CX teams to address complex issues and support company goals.
Who are you?
Self-motivated and able to handle repetitive data entry in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
Zendesk experience
Excellent English communication skills
Collaborative team player
